I absolutely loved how close this place is to the Chinese American Museum of Chicago and just a short walk to the Nine Dragon Wall, making my city strolls so enjoyable and memorable, especially since the area is full of unique charm and character for explorers like me.

Absolutely loved the location! 🏙 Right in the heart of Chinatown with tons of great eateries nearby. The room was a bit cramped and I missed having an elevator, though.

Great location and free wi-fi. Luggage storage was helpful, but rooms are small.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room and really enjoyed the cozy vibe and the cleanliness of the place. The hotel offers a great little relaxation area, and the nearby parks are perfect for a chill stroll. Just be aware that the air conditioning could use clearer instructions since mine was a bit tricky to figure out at first. 😊

It was just a suitable option for a short weekend trip in Chicago with fantastic value for money. The spring mattress, though old, surprisingly provided a decent night's sleep amidst the street noise. Be prepared to manage your own parking situation as it can be tricky.

The charm of the vintage decor really stole my heart! 🌟 The location is perfectly nestled in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by very nice dining options just steps away. I couldn't get enough of exploring the vibrant neighborhood right outside my door!

If you’re a food lover, you’ll find hidden gems like the Moon Palace Restaurant, serving up mind-blowing dim sum, just a hop away. Plus, the 24h reception staff are super friendly, eager to help you dive into the local dining scene! It’s an unbeatable location to sample all the deliciousness Chinatown has to offer.

On the flip side, the room was pretty messy with a bathroom that could’ve used a serious scrub. And, can we talk about the noise? It felt like a marathon in the hallways at times, definitely not ideal for light sleepers!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to metro stations and many dining options. The room was clean with running hot water. Great access to O'Hare airport! 🚇

Surprisingly Comfortable Stay

I appreciated the large rectangular beds which offered a unique sleeping experience. The location is superb for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. I recommend visiting the Starbucks just a block away for great coffee. Ensure to bring your own toiletries to enhance your stay!

the location of china town hotel is excellent. it's very close to the cermak china town metro station, making it easy to access o'hare airport and other parts of the city. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. i really appreciated the helpful service from mr hameed during check-in. the nearby restaurants are a big plus too.

The room was clean, but the heating instructions were lacking.

I had a comfortable two-night stay! The communal dining area was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the close proximity to authentic Chinese restaurants. The clean room was another definite plus, though photos didn’t reflect the older furniture very well. I'd definitely choose this spot again!
